This article takes you through adding and managing wedding dates for your customers “My Account Page” to enable the Countdown and Wedding Timeline lists.
- In order for the Wedding Countdown and Timeline to be enabled, you have to add a Wedding Date to your customers user profile. To do this, login to your site and select Users from the WordPress Dashboard
- Find the customer under the list of users and click “edit”.
- At the bottom of this page you will see a field Titled Wedding Date. Clicking inside this will bring up a date picker. Select the date of your customers wedding and click the button labelled “Update User”
- Your customer should now be able to access their my account page which will include a timer counting down to their wedding date, and the timeline of things to do until then.
