To do this we need some perspective. Perspective is gained by taking time out. Some of our most innovative ideas come when doing things other than work. We plan projects in a realistic timeframe that are achievable to deliver, and communicate this clearly to clients.
We need downtime to let our subconscious mind come up with elegant solutions to difficult problems.
